About Karra Maki

Hi, I'm Karra Maki! I started my career in real estate in the spring of 2017 as an admin and became licensed in the summer of 2019. Born and raised in Mounds View, I graduated from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities (Go Gophers!) with an undergraduate and Master's Degree in Elementary Education. Prior to my career in real estate, I taught 3rd and 4th grade for nine years before staying home full-time with my children! 

My husband, Mike, and I are the proud parents to two beautiful girls, Leah (10) and Kyla (7). On the weekends you will find us watching Gopher football on Saturdays and cheering the Vikings on every Sunday! 

Fun Fact? I absolutely love to read! There is nothing more peaceful than driving up to the North Shore and getting lost in a good book.
